The Architect provides the technical bridge between design intent and coordinated project documentation. Working under the oversight of the Supervising Architect, the position takes ownership of complex architectural assignments while maintaining alignment between calculations, specifications, drawings, BIM information, regulatory requirements, and multidisciplinary engineering inputs. The role has a direct impact on design accuracy and constructability. Effective coordination with architectural, engineering, drafting, and project teams helps identify inconsistencies before they affect downstream delivery, while disciplined technical review protects quality across drawing and documentation packages. In addition to project responsibilities, the Architect contributes to team capability by mentoring assigned architectural and drafting personnel and reinforcing consistent technical standards.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor 's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, with a Master 's degree in Architecture or a related discipline considered advantageous. The position requires approximately 6-10 years of professional architectural experience with progressive responsibility across design development, technical documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and project delivery. Current professional registration or licensure as an architect, such as RA, AIA, or an equivalent recognized professional credential, is required. Applicants should demonstrate strong capability in architectural calculations, specifications, technical drawings, design standards, and regulatory compliance. Experience independently delivering technically complex assignments while controlling quality, schedule, and coordination requirements is important. Proficiency with architectural design applications and Building Information Modeling platforms is required.
