  • Prepare architectural drawings and review documentation produced by architectural and drafting teams.
  • Approve architectural drawings within delegated authority and established quality control procedures.
  • Verify that drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical information remain consistent across design packages.
  • Coordinate closely with design and drafting personnel to resolve technical issues and maintain documentation accuracy.
  • Undertake advanced architectural assignments independently while working within approved project scope, programme, and budget parameters.
  • Apply applicable building regulations, architectural standards, project criteria, and technical requirements throughout the design process.
  • Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and other specialist disciplines.
  • Identify design conflicts and documentation gaps and drive their resolution through multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Support BIM-based project delivery and maintain alignment between architectural models, drawings, and technical requirements.
  • Participate in technical design reviews and contribute practical solutions to complex architectural challenges.
  • Monitor assigned deliverables against project schedules and communicate risks that could affect timely completion.
  • Maintain organized technical records and ensure architectural documentation follows established project procedures.
  • Coordinate technical and administrative activities between departments to support integrated project delivery.
  • Communicate design requirements clearly to internal teams and relevant project stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance to architects, designers, and drafting personnel assigned to project activities.
  • Train and mentor less experienced team members in architectural documentation, design coordination, and quality expectations.
  • Contribute to performance evaluations and professional development of assigned architectural personnel.
  • Support consistent application of design quality procedures across architectural deliverables.
