Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd is seeking an Architect with strong technical design coordination and BIM skills to support complex projects in Riyadh. The role focuses on bridging design intent with coordinated project documentation while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

Ideal candidates hold a licensed architecture credential, 6–10 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in BIM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed architect with RA/AIA or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of professional experience in design development and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform architectural drawings and documentation review within delegated authority.
• Coordinate with design and drafting teams to ensure consistency across packages.
• Apply building regulations and standards throughout the design process.
• Mentor junior staff and support knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to BIM-based project delivery and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Monitor deliverables against schedules and communicate risks.
