Job summary

Fresha in Riyadh is seeking an Associate Account Manager (Arabic Speaking) to manage a portfolio of partner accounts in the Arabic-speaking market.

You will build strong relationships, drive monetisation and revenue growth, while ensuring high partner satisfaction. This office-based role requires fluency in Arabic and English, with 5 days per week in the office. You will work with data insights, use CRM to track activities, and collaborate with sales teams to hit targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in revenue-generating account management.
• Experience growing revenue, upselling and retaining customers.
• SaaS, tech or SMB sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication.
• Highly organized with time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Fresha partners in the Arabic-speaking market.
• Drive monetisation, retention and revenue growth across accounts.
• Analyse performance and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain proactive partner communications and regular meetings.
• Ensure CRM records are accurate with next steps and activities.
• Collaborate with the wider team to meet targets.
