Fresha is recruiting a Business Development Executive (Arabic Speaking) in Riyadh, KSA. This office-based role requires bilingual fluency in English and Arabic and involves owning the full sales cycle, building a strong local partner network and driving Fresha's growth in the Riyadh market.

You will engage salons, barbershops, spas and clinics, leading outreach, qualifying inbound leads, and converting opportunities into Fresha partners, with a KPI-driven, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payments platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets.
• Strong relationship-building and hunter mentality to turn prospects into partners.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for Riyadh market, owning performance.
• Proactively engage decision-makers via phone, email and social channels; build a strong pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to demos, negotiations and close.
• Understand partner needs and position Fresha solutions for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner experience and share market insights.
• Become a trusted commercial partner for clients, supporting their growth.
