Job summary

Client of Pink Camel is seeking a commercially driven Digital Sales and Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaker) to grow the Saudi market. You will build a robust pipeline, engage key decision-makers, and lead initiatives across government and enterprise accounts.

Based in Riyadh or Jeddah or willing to relocate, you will work with leadership to drive revenue, own the end-to-end sales cycle, and position digital solutions to public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in digital or technology solutions.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and influence decision-makers.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a client focus.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline for the company.
• Identify, engage and develop relationships with target clients and key decision-makers.
• Support and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure.
• Collaborate with leadership to support market expansion and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively position digital solutions to clients.
• Track and report on sales activity, pipeline progression and conversion metrics.
