Market Research Co. in Riyadh is seeking an experienced account manager to handle existing customer accounts and build long-term relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

You will prepare proposals, manage requests and renewals, and identify growth opportunities for expanding services. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are required; fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in customer account management or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage current customer accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Monitor customer needs and ensure services are delivered as agreed.
• Continuously communicate with customers, address inquiries and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare commercial proposals and manage customer requests and renewals.
• Identify sales growth opportunities and expand service offerings for existing clients.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and work on improving their experience and service quality.
• Track contractual obligations and delivery deadlines in coordination with relevant teams.
• Prepare periodic reports on account performance, customer satisfaction, and business opportunities.
