Job summary

Fresha is hiring an Account Manager (Arabic Speaking) to manage a portfolio of partners in the Arabic-speaking market. This office-based role requires a strong commercial focus, with accountability for monetisation, retention and revenue growth.

Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory. You will engage with partners via video meetings and in-person collaboration, aligning with business targets and Fresha’s growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 3 years in revenue-generating account management.
• Experience in SaaS/SMB environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Account Growth: manage a portfolio of Fresha partners and drive monetisation and revenue growth.
• Upselling & Monetisation: identify opportunities to increase product adoption and upsell solutions.
• Partner Relationships: build strong, long-term relationships with partners through proactive communication.
• Retention & Engagement: maintain regular touchpoints and reduce churn.
• Performance & CRM: achieve targets while logging activities and next steps in the CRM.
• Partner Experience: educate partners on Fresha value and ensure product usage.
