CM.com seeks an Arabic-speaking Sales Manager to lead the Saudi sales team and drive growth for our Saudi Local business, focusing on SaaS and Telco offerings that leverage AI and omnichannel tech to revolutionize customer engagement. You will build relationships, deliver demos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll develop GTM strategies, manage a strong pipeline, and use Salesforce to track progress.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification with a commercial focus.
• Minimum of 7 years in Sales / Account Management roles in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• International commercial experience in SaaS is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you build rapport with clients and colleagues effortlessly.
• Superb presentation and closing abilities; tech-savvy and AI-curious.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the KSA enterprise market.
• Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell within your existing customer base.
• Deliver engaging product demos (online and in-person) to showcase the value of our Engagement Platform.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Work closely with Marketing, Technical, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Represent CM.com at industry events and networking opportunities to expand reach.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage sales activities, track progress, and provide insights to management.
• Use AI tools actively to improve your own work: experiment, automate, and share what works with your team.
