Job summary

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing in Riyadh seeks a knowledgeable Technology Presales Specialist to engage with potential clients, understand their technology needs, and tailor AI, cloud, and data solutions. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase our products and services.

The role focuses on preparing technical proposals, responding to RFPs, coordinating with vendors and partners, and supporting senior presales consultants

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 3+ years in presales, tech support, systems engineering, or IT consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic & English.
• Basic understanding of cloud, databases, networking, or enterprise apps.
• Familiarity with AI and data analytics concepts is a plus.
• Experience in responding to RFPs or preparing technical proposals is preferred.
• Strong documentation skills and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements, RFPs, and technical specifications.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, compliance matrices, presentations, and solution documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and implementation partners for technical inputs and pricing.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand business and technical needs.
• Work with senior presales consultants on AI, cloud, and data platform solutions.
• Prepare architecture diagrams and BOMs with guidance from seniors.
• Follow up with vendors for clarifications and proposal support.
• Maintain repository of templates and vendor collateral.
• Pursue AI, cloud, and data certifications as part of development.
• Stay updated on AI, cloud, and data technologies relevant to the business.
