Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 3+ years in presales, tech support, systems engineering, or IT consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic & English.
• Basic understanding of cloud, databases, networking, or enterprise apps.
• Familiarity with AI and data analytics concepts is a plus.
• Experience in responding to RFPs or preparing technical proposals is preferred.
• Strong documentation skills and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer requirements, RFPs, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Position Summary

We are looking for a Presales Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support our AI & Data business. The candidate will assist in preparing technical proposals, understanding customer requirements, responding to RFPs, coordinating with vendors and implementation partners, and supporting the sales team in developing AI and data solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who is eager to learn AI technologies and build a career in presales consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements, RFPs, and technical specifications.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, compliance matrices, presentations, and solution documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and implementation partners to obtain technical information, solution designs, and pricing inputs.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand business and technical requirements.
• Work with senior presales consultants to develop AI, cloud, and data platform solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and bill of materials (BOM) with guidance from senior team members.
• Follow up with vendors and partners for technical clarifications and proposal support.
• Maintain a repository of proposal templates, technical documents, and vendor collateral.
• Pursue AI, cloud, and vendor certifications as part of continuous professional development.
• Stay updated on AI, cloud, and data technologies relevant to the company's business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in presales, technical support, systems engineering, or IT consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing, databases, networking, or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with AI and data analytics concepts is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience in responding to RFPs or preparing technical proposals is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain professional certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of enterprise software solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
