Job summary

Swissport KSA is seeking a customer-focused passenger services agent to provide essential assistance at check-in, gate, transfers, and special passenger support. Responsibilities include verifying travel documents, addressing delays or disruptions, and guiding passengers through immigration and customs.

The role requires strong English communication, Saudi nationality, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Saudi national only.
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clear check-in counters with appropriate signage and materials.
• Provide a welcome service to passengers at check-in and other touch points to ensure a positive experience.
• Verify travel documents and check in departing passengers per SOPs.
• Assist passengers during flight irregularities such as delays or cancellations and coordinate with affected passengers.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration and Quarantine as required.
• Handle gate activities including setup, communications with Flight Coordinator, and boarding process.
• Support wheelchair, stroller, and gate-checked baggage handling and ensure timely loading.
