Job summary

Swissport KSA is seeking a dedicated first-line supervisor for Passenger Services to lead a team across check-in, MAAS and boarding operations. You will ensure accurate baggage handling, timely flight departures and high service standards in a regulated airport environment.

The role requires Saudi national status, a minimum of three years in Passenger Service roles, and proven leadership capabilities. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Saudi national only.
• Min 3 years experience as Passenger Service Agent.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and coach Passenger Services team during shifts.
• Ensure KPI and SOP compliance across check-in, gate and MAAS.
• Oversee queue management and flight close-out with accuracy.
• Coordinate with PRM team on special handling requests.
• Maintain professional communication across emails, radio and phone.
• Prepare shift reports and manage resources during disruptions.
