Job summary

Swissport KSA is seeking a dedicated airport customer service agent to assist passengers at check-in, at the gate, and through transfers. You will handle baggage processing, boarding announcements, and VIP or special needs support to ensure a positive passenger experience.

The role requires strong communication in English, plus Arabic is a plus, and a willingness to work various shifts including nights and holidays. Saudi nationals are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Saudi Only.
• Passionate about customer service and must have relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work in inclement weather and across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clear check in counters pre and post flight with signage.
• Provide welcome service to passengers at check in and other service touchpoints.
• Verify travel documents and check in departing passengers per procedures.
• Assist passengers during flight irregularities and coordinate with affected passengers.
• Contribute to on time performance and communicate baggage details for missing passengers.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and operate reservation/ticketing software.
• Provide information to customer queries and resolve issues affecting experience.
• Carry out additional duties as instructed by management.
