Swissport KSA is seeking a customer service oriented airport agent to provide passenger services across check-in, gate operations, and arrivals support. You will verify travel documents, assist passengers with special needs, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining on-time performance.

Saudi nationals only; fluent English required, basic Arabic helpful. Must be flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, and able to operate airline reservation software.

Qualificações

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work across shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Attention to detail and numeracy; follow procedures.
• Able to type and operate airline reservation/ticketing software.
• Saudi-only candidate requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and clear check-in counters with signage.
• Provide welcome service at check-in and other touchpoints.
• Verify travel documents and check in departing passengers.
• Counter-check boarding passes and make announcements.
• Assist customers during delays, cancellations or diversions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
• Perform Check-In, Gate, Transfers, Lost & Found duties.
• Assist passengers with special needs (UM, VIP, wheelchair).
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Manage Gate activities including setup and boarding process.
• Contribute to on-time flight performance through proactive handling.
• Make public address announcements as required.
• Assist Ramp team with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate baggage.
• Adhere to SOPs and use reservation/ticketing software.
• Produce required work documentation.
• Protect company interests and image; uphold appearance and PPE policies.
• Provide information and solutions to customer queries.
• Report irregularities to supervisor/manager.
• Carry out additional duties as instructed by management.
