Job summary

Swissport KSA is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to provide essential passenger and customer services at the airport in Saudi Arabia. You will handle check-in, gate processes, and passenger assistance, including special needs and VIP support, to ensure a smooth travel experience.

The role requires strong communication in English, with Arabic being a plus, and the flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality required.
• Relevant work experience in customer service.
• Excellent English; Arabic a plus.
• Able to type and use airline reservation/ticketing software.
• Willingness to work in inclement weather.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide passenger/customer services per contract including baggage handling and check-in.
• Welcome passengers at check-in and other touchpoints to ensure a positive experience.
• Verify travel documents and check in departing passengers per SOPs.
• Announce, board, and manage boarding priorities and final passenger counts.
• Assist passengers during irregularities (delays, cancellations) and coordinate with affected travelers.
• Maintain high customer service standards at all times.
• Perform Check-In, Gate, Transfers, Lost & Found duties as required.
• Assist passengers with special needs (UM, VIP, wheelchair) and arrivals processing.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as required.
• Support Gate operations, coordinate with Flight coordinator, and ensure accuracy of passenger figures.
• Support on-time performance through proactive Passenger Service handling.
• Make public announcements (delay, boarding, last call).
• Assist Ramp team with wheelchairs, strollers and gate-checked bags.
