What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement powerful optimization solutions for high-value clients across leading platforms

- Leverage advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills to generate actionable insights
- Be an expert on modern optimization techniques across search, mobile, and video (GSN, YouTube, etc.)
- Transform complex data into clear, strategic recommendations

Who You Are:
- Fluent in German, strong communicator in English
- At least 12 months of experience in digital ads optimization (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Intermediate-Advanced level Excel/Sheets expertise
- Analytical mindset with deep understanding of KPIs and digital growth
- Natural problem-solver, fast learner, and an innovation enthusiast
- Ready for a hybrid work model and, if needed, excited to relocate to Lisbon
