Qualificações

  • Fluency in Spanish (C1) and strong command of English (B2), both spoken and written.
  • A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • At least 6 months experience in customer service, tourism, or travel-related roles preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Client Support Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for travelers and customers, helping them with a variety of requests. Your role will include:

  • Managing bookings creating, updating, or canceling reservations.
  • Guiding customers via phone, email, or chat with professional and friendly support.
  • Assisting with special services (VIP clients, mobility support, or tailored travel needs).
  • Handling claims such as delays, cancellations, or strikes with empathy and efficiency.
  • Providing accurate, real-time information to help customers make confident decisions.
  • Going above and beyond so that every interaction feels personal and memorable.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Fluency in Spanish (C1) and strong command of English (B2), both spoken and written.

  • Previous experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is highly valued.
