In this role, you will provide high-quality assistance to customers via phone, chat, and email, helping them with reservations, payments, and platform-related queries.
Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote (for Greece-based candidates only) or Onsite in Athens (for those relocating, eligible for remote after 3 months)
Start Date: 17 October 2025
Schedule: 09:00-19:00, Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
