About the job Fully Remote Travel Customer Advisor-French & English

Cross Border Talents is hiring for an urgent opening for an exciting tourism project!

Location: Fully Remote (candidates must reside in Portugal)

Language Requirement: French (Fluent) and B2 English, both written and spoken

Start Date: 16th January 2025

Work Schedule:

Shifts:

- Early shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

- Late shift: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM

- Days Off: Rotational (priority for 2 consecutive days off when possible)

Key Requirements:

- Must currently reside in Portugal (any location, North to South).

- C2 to native French and B2+ English, both spoken and written.

- Possession of a valid residence card for Portugal, expression of interest, job seeker visa or a EU member state passport (a MUST)

- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience is mandatory.

- Tourism Background: Experience in the tourism industry is a plus but not essential.

Job Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries related to travel and tourism services.

- Assist with bookings, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments.

- Provide expert guidance and solutions for travel-related concerns.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient and empathetic support.
