Connaissances
Cross Border Talents is looking for an English speaker to work as a Customer Service Representative for a leading social media platform in Lisbon, Portugal.
As a Customer Service Representative, your main mission will be to provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels via chat, email and phone. Therefore, you will support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain, provide pre- and post-sales support and product and tool support to improve clients experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (at least C1);
- Empathic and helpful;
- Team player;
- Soft skills for de-escalating situations when needed;
- Able to handle sensitive information;
- Fast learned capacity;
- Local in Lisbon.
- Competitive salary: 1,250euros/month;
- Performance bonus;
- Constant training and development;
- 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday on a rotative shift (5 days/week);
