We are looking for a Front-office Assistant to be the face and voice of our Porto studio. Someone who is organized, approachable, and proactive, capable of creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Previous experience in reception, front-office, or customer service roles;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude;
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
• Good knowledge of MS Office and/or other organization tools;
• A collaborative spirit, motivated and initiative-driven mindset.
