Job summary
A leading tech company in Porto is seeking professionals for managing Non-Productive and Quality Environments. You will provide support for Quality Testers, maintain environmental conditions, and replicate best practices. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in application support, experience with e-commerce environments, and good development knowledge. Proactivity and English communication skills are essential. This role offers a hybrid model with in-office work twice a week.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in application support.
- Experience in big e-commerce environments like ORACLE SOA, TIBCO.
- Development knowledge in monitoring sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage Non-Productive/Quality Environments.
- Support Quality Testers in process execution.
- Maintain and analyze environmental conditions.
- Replicate good practices from Production to Quality environments.

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
- Responsible for managing Non-Productive Environments / Quality Environments, in order to ensure that they are working with the conditions and needs of the projects
- Support for Quality Testers to execute processes in the Quality environment and help with information
- Maintenance and analysis of environmental conditions (applicational and database component, filesystem information)
- Replicate good practices from Production environments to Quality environments, for them to be replicas of these environments
- Previous experience in application support and management systems environments
- At least 2 years of experience in similar functions, in big e-commerce environments like ORACLE SOA, TIBCO, ...), SALESFORCE E-COMMERCE is a plus
- Development knowledge in monitoring sites
- Proactivity is absolutely mandatory
- Experience in Jira e Confluence
- Experience in monitoring tools like Zabix, New Relic, Nagios or similar
- Knowledge in DB (SQL)
- Knowledge in Shell Script or Python or Powershell
- Object Oriented programming - Java or .net
- Hybrid model in Porto, 2x per week
- Good skills in English, both written and spoken
