A leading tech company in Porto is seeking professionals for managing Non-Productive and Quality Environments. You will provide support for Quality Testers, maintain environmental conditions, and replicate best practices. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in application support, experience with e-commerce environments, and good development knowledge. Proactivity and English communication skills are essential. This role offers a hybrid model with in-office work twice a week.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience in application support.
• Experience in big e-commerce environments like ORACLE SOA, TIBCO.
• Development knowledge in monitoring sites.

Overview

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing Non-Productive Environments / Quality Environments, in order to ensure that they are working with the conditions and needs of the projects
• Support for Quality Testers to execute processes in the Quality environment and help with information
• Maintenance and analysis of environmental conditions (applicational and database component, filesystem information)
• Replicate good practices from Production environments to Quality environments, for them to be replicas of these environments

Profile

• Previous experience in application support and management systems environments
• At least 2 years of experience in similar functions, in big e-commerce environments like ORACLE SOA, TIBCO, ...), SALESFORCE E-COMMERCE is a plus
• Development knowledge in monitoring sites
• Proactivity is absolutely mandatory
• Experience in Jira e Confluence
• Experience in monitoring tools like Zabix, New Relic, Nagios or similar
• Knowledge in DB (SQL)
• Knowledge in Shell Script or Python or Powershell
• Object Oriented programming - Java or .net
• Hybrid model in Porto, 2x per week
• Good skills in English, both written and spoken
