As SAP and Digital Process Engineer, you will play a key role in ERP processes as a Key User and Process Manager, and participate in internal digital projects such as Lean Digital and the New Planning Tool implementation (and its connection to SAP). You will contribute to reliable data and data-driven processes to support Körber’s Make to Order, Assembly and Manufacturing Operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SAP PP Key User, bridging production operations and SAP systems by supporting end users, collaborating cross-functionally, liaising with IT, and driving continuous process improvement and integration.
• Analyze and improve Production KPIs using SAP data, ensuring accurate and actionable reporting.
• Promote the use of high-quality, real-time data to support decision-making.
• Map existing manual or semi-manual workflows, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for digitalization.
• Understand both business processes and SAP functionalities. Facilitate communication and alignment between end users and SAP/IT teams, translating operational needs into system requirements and ensuring process consistency.
• Provide first-level SAP PP support to end users (production order management, supply chain analysis, material creation, etc.) and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with other key users (MM, FICO, EWM) on internal improvement projects or problem solving to ensure seamless process integration.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and recommend best practices to improve efficiency and standardization.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering background.
• 3-6 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong SAP PP skills.
• Experience with SAP MM; SAP EWM.
• Experience with MS Power BI is a plus.
• Clear, concise, and collaborative communication.
• Natural curiosity and a questioning mindset – a drive to understand deeply and continuously improve.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
