Your Role

• Analyze technical specifications provided by end customers.
• Design tailored technical solutions that meet tender requirements and align with project goals.
• Evaluate and select solutions, providing a well-founded justification for each choice.
• Prepare sub-contract agreements with selected suppliers.
• Analyze supplier offers to ensure alignment with technical and financial project goals.
• Negotiate and select suppliers to ensure optimal value and performance.
• Develop comprehensive technical descriptions for submission to the end customer, ensuring clarity and alignment with technical and business objectives.
• Create detailed Bills of Quantities/Bills of Materials, including cost estimates.
• Support workload estimations for project development and rollout phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution from design through implementation.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Experience in bid preparation and presales engineering, ideally within network systems.
• Proficiency in Fixed IP, Wireless Network Systems, and MPLS technologies (knowledge of MPLS is advantageous).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing network solutions.
• Ability to develop and implement customer-centric solutions effectively.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English; French language skills are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, with advanced knowledge in Excel for cost analysis and project documentation.
