Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to fill a Vice President, International based in Portugal. This senior, fully remote role will drive enterprise growth across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, overseeing regional sales teams and shaping GTM strategies.

You will personally lead high‑value negotiations, build strategic partnerships, and expand opportunities across geographies while collaborating with executives to accelerate revenue growth in a rapidly scaling technology and services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
10+ years of B2B commercial experience, including enterprise SaaS/tech/services.
3+ years leading geographically distributed sales teams across multiple regions.
Experience building and managing strategic partnerships and senior client relationships.
Strong capability in Enterprise sales cycles and high-value negotiations.

Responsibilities

Lead international enterprise sales across Europe, MEA, and Asia Pacific.
Define regional growth strategies with GMs and identify priority markets and opportunities.
Own international sales performance including new client acquisition and renewals.
Negotiate complex commercial agreements and build senior client relationships.
Develop and mentor regional sales leaders and establish consistent sales governance.
