Jobgether is seeking a Founders Associate based in Portugal to work directly with the founder, driving strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations in a fully remote setup.

You will own high-impact projects, streamline processes, and help teams collaborate as the business scales. This is a fast-paced, autonomous role with opportunities across sales, marketing, and business development.

Qualifications

• Proactive, resourceful and entrepreneurial candidate in fast-paced settings.
• Experience in sales, marketing or business development is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to take ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the founder on strategic priorities and operational projects.
• Take independent ownership of key projects across multiple business functions.
• Build, optimize, and document internal processes to support scalable growth.
• Coordinate activities between teams and ensure projects stay on track.
• Research new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging markets.
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Support customer relationships, sales initiatives, and other business-critical activities.
