Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Regional Partnerships Lead based in Portugal to own strategic seller and partner relationships across Europe. You will work with product, engineering, and support teams to improve seller performance, retention, and engagement, while delivering regional programs and events in a remote-first setup.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate regional insights into platform improvements, and travel approximately four to five times per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in seller success, partnerships, account management, or marketplace ops.
• Proven ability to build trust with priority accounts and stakeholders.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret performance data and act on it.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with European sellers and strategic partners.
• Manage premium seller relationships ensuring engagement, retention, and adoption of tools.
• Provide guidance on seller cohorts and contribute to seller advisory board.
• Monitor portfolio health, identify risks, and advise on improvements.
• Drive adoption of marketplace tools and workflows (Shipping Policies, IMS).
• Coordinate regional programmes, events, and real-world activations.
