Job summary

Jobgether, in collaboration with a partner company, seeks a Manager, Customer Success Managers based in Portugal. You will lead a 4–6 person team across EMEA and APAC, coaching on renewals, churn reduction, and account growth in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

You will partner with Sales, Support, and Product to remove barriers, improve processes, and establish reliable forecasting. This remote leadership role offers global collaboration and opportunities to drive ARR.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of overall Customer Success experience.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience leading Customer Success Managers or other customer-facing teams.
• Experience in B2B SaaS covering onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Experience with CS platforms Planhat or Gainsight and with Salesforce and Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 Customer Success Managers across EMEA and APAC.
• Support renewals, churn risks, and account expansion discussions, as first escalation point.
• Interview, train, and onboard new Customer Success Managers.
• Identify and address performance gaps with senior leadership as needed.
• Monitor account health, renewal timelines, product utilization, churn risks, and downsells.
• Maintain accurate forecasts for renewals and account performance.
