Jobgether is partnering with a client in Portugal to recruit a Head of Sales - B2B for a fully remote, international team. You will shape the commercial strategy, lead setters and closers, and oversee the entire sales pipeline from outreach to closure, with autonomy to build scalable processes and talent.

This role requires a commercially driven leader with deep B2B experience, strong closing skills, and a hands-on approach to drive revenue growth in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Commercially driven and entrepreneurial sales leader with strong B2B background.
• Experience in leading sales teams and hands-on selling.

Responsabilités

• Build and scale a high-performing sales team of setters and closers.
• Own and manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Develop scalable sales processes, playbooks, and operating procedures.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach sales professionals.
• Monitor key sales metrics: conversion rates, deal size, sales cycle length.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and revenue.
• Maintain a hands-on selling approach while leading by example.
• Collaborate with founder to define and execute growth strategy.
• Establish clear performance expectations and continuous improvement.
