Hitachi Digital Services in Portugal is seeking a Vendor Management Support Analyst to join our service operations team in Lisbon. You will support selected activities across the vendor lifecycle, ensuring quality, governance, and timely procurement processes.

Reporting to the Service Manager in Portugal, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage relationships with service providers, and uphold SLA/KPI reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform selected in-scope Purchase Requisition, Product Renewal and Product Acquisition activities.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance adherence with approved procedures and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Guarantee Service Operation Procedures are continuously maintained & updated.
• Ensure regular reporting activities, in adherence to established procedures and quality requirements in place.
