Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services in Portugal is seeking a Senior Vendor Management Specialist to oversee day-to-day vendor management activities across BPO operations, ensuring SLA/KPI delivery and governance. The role requires 4-5 years in vendor management, proven experience with service providers and third-party vendors, and strong stakeholder management to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day service delivery activities across operational teams, ensuring achievement of agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Monitor, identify and report operational risks to the Service Manager.
Monitor continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities.
Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with approved procedures and governance standards.
Provide transparent reporting, insights, and recommendations to the Service Manager.
Support monthly service performance reporting activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence and customer satisfaction.
