Hitachi Digital Services in Portugal is seeking a Vendor Management Support Analyst to join our Portugal-based team. You will support the vendor lifecycle, handle select purchase requisition, product renewal, and product acquisition activities, ensuring process quality and governance.

Reporting to the Service Manager in Portugal, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor SLA/KPI reporting, and help deliver service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Perform selected in-scope Purchase Requisition, Product Renewal and Product Acquisition activities.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance adherence with approved procedures and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Guarantee Service Operation Procedures are continuously maintained & updated.
• Ensure regular reporting activities, in adherence to established procedures and quality requirements in place.
