Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a Vendor Management Support Analyst in Portugal to support the Service Manager and manage selected activities within our partner’s vendor lifecycle.

You will ensure quality, governance, and reporting adherence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence and customer satisfaction, while maintaining SOPs and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SLA/KPI management and reporting principles.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Service Manager in Portugal and support the Vendor Management lifecycle.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and governance adherence with procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update Service Operation Procedures and regular reporting.
