Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a Vendor Management to lead day-to-day activities, drive performance, and improve processes within a Lisbon-based team. The role reports to the Service Manager in Portugal and requires strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.

The candidate should have 3 years of related experience, solid governance knowledge, and the ability to work with service providers and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day vendor management activities across operational teams, ensuring SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor, identify and report operational risks to the Service Manager.
• Monitor continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with procedures and governance standards.
• Provide transparent reporting, insights, and recommendations to the Service Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence and customer satisfaction.
