Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring for an on-site customer support role in Lisboa, Portugal, offering remote flexibility and full relocation support. You will assist streaming service members via phone, email, or chat, handling account management, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting, while providing product guidance with accuracy.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English (B1) and Basque, with strong communication, empathy, and attention to detail, and comfortable with a 24/7

Qualifications

• Language requirements: Fluent in Castilian (Spanish) and English (B1 level), plus fluency in Basque.
• Passionate about customer service, problem solving, and digital entertainment technology.
• Excellent communication, empathy, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Support: Provide friendly, empathetic, and professional assistance to streaming service members via phone, email, or chat.
• Problem Solving & Account Management: Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
• Product & Service Expertise: Guide users through products, services, and features with accurate information.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance standards.
