Kats Recruitment seeks Basque-speaking Streaming Service Support Specialists to assist Basque speakers remotely from Portugal. You will handle calls, chats, and emails about subscriptions, billing, and account issues while guiding users through content and settings.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting streaming playback, app installations, device compatibility, and connectivity checks, within a full-time, work-from-home model.

Qualificações

• Native Basque speaker with English working proficiency (B2)
• EU/EEA passport or Portuguese residence/work permit
• Stable high-speed internet and quiet home office
• Comfortable with multi-screen environments and streaming platforms

Responsabilidades

• Assist Basque-speaking users via inbound calls, live chat and email
• Troubleshoot playback, app installation, device compatibility, and connectivity issues
• Provide guidance on content availability, subtitles/audio settings, and parental controls
• Deliver empathetic, efficient support to convert disruptions into positive user experiences
