Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Customer Care Specialist fluent in Spanish and Basque to join our international team for a 12-month contract. The role includes handling account, subscription, and technical inquiries with a focus on customer experience.

The position offers full-time hours (40 per week) with rotating shifts, flight ticket reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, and a company accommodation option. Spanish & Basque required; English at least B1.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish & Basque (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and flexibility for rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
