Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking Customer Care Specialists fluent in Spanish and Basque to join our international team for a 12-month contract. You will be the first point of contact for a leading global streaming platform, assisting with accounts, subscriptions, payments, and technical questions with a friendly, professional approach.

Requirements include fluent Spanish and Basque (C1/C2), good English (B1), and willingness to work a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and Basque (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology.
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure high-quality interactions in every contact.
• Collaborate with internal teams when needed.
