CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Basque-speaking Spanish and Basque-speaking Customer Support Experts for a world‑leading entertainment and streaming platform. This is a remote role based in mainland Portugal, with occasional attendance at a Lisbon office.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling account management, billing inquiries, technical issues and questions about products and features, delivering

Qualificações

• Full professional fluency in Castilian Spanish
• Full professional fluency in Basque
• English at B1 level or higher
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong passion for customer service and problem-solving
• Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms
• Empathetic, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable assisting customers with technical troubleshooting
• Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional, friendly, and empathetic customer support
• Assist customers with account management and billing enquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Provide accurate information about streaming products, services, and features
• Identify customer needs and resolve enquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally throughout every customer interaction
