Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish language required (C1+).
• Strong English communication (C1+).

• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Provide guidance on payment transactions, security procedures and account management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service efficiency.
