Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support our Payment Solutions project. You will handle inquiries in Spanish and English, guiding clients through account and technical processes by phone and email, and ensuring clarity and accuracy in every interaction.

This full-time role includes rotating shifts, meeting KPIs for customer satisfaction, response times and resolution rates, and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish (C2) and solid written/speaking English (B2).
• Experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
• Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with targets and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from business clients regarding payment solutions.
• Guide customers through account/technical processes via phone and email.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Meet KPIs for customer satisfaction, response times and resolution rates.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure an excellent service experience and high customer satisfaction.
