Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Customer Expert bilingual in Spanish and English to join our dynamic team. This full-time, onsite role involves assisting business clients with payment solutions, guiding them through technical processes by phone and email, and delivering clear, tailored support.

You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET, with training provided and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking with C2 level or higher
• English proficiency at B2 or higher
• Experience in customer service or technical support preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with targets and CRM systems
• Available to work full-time in rotating shifts

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming inquiries from business clients regarding their payment solutions.
• Providing clear accurate information and guiding customers through technical or account processes via phone and email.
• Understanding each customer's specific needs and offering efficient, tailored solutions.
• Meeting quality and performance KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensuring an excellent service experience to maintain high customer satisfaction.
