Ignite. in Lisbon is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking customer support agent for a leading global fashion brand.

This 100% on-site role is based at our central Lisbon office and focuses on delivering top-tier service to Spanish-speaking clients via telephone, live chat, or email. You will manage order tracking, product questions, billing concerns, shipment updates, exchanges, and returns while maintaining empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Native or advanced Spanish fluency (C1/C2) spoken and written.
• Functional command of English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Address inbound requests from Spanish-speaking clients via phone, live chat or email.
• Assist clients with order tracking, product questions, billing concerns, shipments, exchanges and returns.
• Document interactions and case notes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team managers to refine workflows and maintain high service standards.
