Job summary

Ignite in Lisbon seeks a Spanish-speaking customer support specialist to act as the primary contact for clients via phone, chat, or email. The role requires handling orders, billing questions, shipments, exchanges, and returns with empathy and efficiency.

The position is 100% on-site at our Lisbon office. Candidates must reside in Portugal with NIF, NISS, and residency documents, and work full-time or part-time hours, paid over 14 months. English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native or advanced Spanish fluency (C1/C2).
• Functional English is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable, well-organized and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Assist inbound Spanish-speaking clients via phone, live chat, or email.
• Resolve orders, billing, shipments, exchanges, and returns promptly.
• Maintain high service standards aligned with KPIs.
• Document all interactions and ticket progress in the CRM.
• Collaborate with managers and peers to improve workflows.
