Job summary

Ignite in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish-speaking customer care professional for a 100% on-site role at our central Lisbon office. You will handle inquiries across phone, chat, and email, provide empathetic support, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires local Portuguese residency documents (NIF, NISS, and Residency Card). We offer 14 monthly payments with three shift options: full-time 40h, part-time 20h or 30h, with base salaries of €950, €475, or €712.50–€760 per month,

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish language skills (C1/C2) with strong written and spoken ability.
• Must reside in Portugal with NIF, NISS and Portuguese Residency Card.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with standard office software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Resolve issues related to orders, payments, logistics, and refunds.
• Provide high-quality customer care meeting targets and guidelines.
• Record all conversations and case details accurately in the CRM.
• Collaborate with team leads to improve daily service delivery.
