Job summary

Ignite in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish-speaking customer support specialist for an on-site role at our central Lisbon office. You will assist customers via telephone, live chat, or email, focusing on order tracking, billing, shipments, and returns.

The role requires native or advanced Spanish, English is a plus, and you will document every interaction in the CRM while collaborating with managers to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Native or advanced Spanish fluency (C1/C2) both spoken and written.
• Functional English is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to navigate standard digital tools and learn new CRM software quickly.
• Reliable, well-organized with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, live chat, or email in Spanish.
• Handle order tracking, billing questions, shipments, exchanges and returns.
• Maintain high service standards aligned with KPIs.
• Document every interaction and update case notes in the CRM.
• Collaborate with team managers to improve workflows.
