Job summary

Ignite in Lisbon seeks bilingual Italian-speaking customer support professionals to handle inbound inquiries across phone, chat, and email. You will represent top brands and assist Italian customers with professionalism and efficiency.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively in English (minimum B2) and can adapt to a 24/6 rotational shift while working daily from our Lisbon office. EU work eligibility is required, with opportunities for growth and relocation support as described.

Qualifications

• Native-level or advanced Italian written and spoken (C1/C2)
• English proficiency at least B2 for internal communications
• Ability to work a flexible, 24/6 rotational schedule
• Daily on-site attendance at Lisbon office
• EU/EEA citizenship or legal right to work in Portugal
• Strong communication, active listening, and proactive mindset

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests from Italian consumers via voice, chat, and email with professionalism
• Investigate issues, diagnose root causes, and deliver tailored remediation plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, cases, and solutions in CRM systems
• Consistently meet performance targets (satisfaction, FCR, AHT)
• Participate in ongoing training on products, policies, and workflows
