Job summary

This full-time, on-site role requires EU work authorization and offers two compensation package options, plus extensive onboarding and growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) for flawless client communication.
• English proficiency at least B2 for internal communication and training.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift across 5 days a week.
• On-site role at Lisbon site with no remote option.
• EU/EEA citizenship or valid work authorization for Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound Italian customer requests via live chat, phone, and email with professionalism and empathy.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver efficient solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, tickets, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, First Contact Resolution, and average handling time.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and policies.
