Ignite in Lisbon is recruiting fluent Italian speakers to provide exceptional customer care to international brands. You will handle inquiries by phone, chat, and email, representing a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Italian language proficiency (C1/C2) and English (B2+), with a 24/7 rotational schedule. On-site work in Lisbon is mandatory, with friendly relocation benefits and paid onboarding.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken Italian (C1/C2) required.
• English proficiency at B2+ for internal communications.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift.
• On-site availability at Lisbon office; remote work not offered.
• EU/EEA citizenship or legal work authorization for Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound Italian customer requests via live chat, phone, and email with professionalism, empathy, and care.
• Troubleshoot customer challenges, identify root causes, and deliver customized solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, ticket updates, and resolutions in the CRM.
• Meet operational targets such as CSAT, First Contact Resolution, and average handle times.
• Participate in continuous training to stay updated on product releases and policies.
